Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may send it back within 7 days after receiving your good(s).
Products must be in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition as well as in their original packaging to be considered for a refund. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of your returned good(s).
You must attach a completed return form to your package to be considered for a refund. Return forms can be downloaded here. If you do not have access to a printer/wish to save paper you may email the form to info@dressaugury.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
If applicable, a refund or exchange will be issued within 10 working days after receiving the package. We do not offer store credit, only offer exchanges for the same product if applicable (i.e. you request a different size or your original product was faulty in some form).
